Very very unfortunate and unrepentant nepotism, biased and ethnic bigotic government.
In the East no guideline rule is followed, all of sudden they remember that there is a guideline rule in deploying soldiers.

During Niger Delta militancy, was any committee set up b4 the military swung to action? How about IPOb? Any committee? Teacher's protest in Kaduna, no committee, the military was on time! But herdsmen case will require time wasting committee rather than military action against external aggressors. The voice of the people is the voice of God. If you're in doubt, ask Sani Abacha? Not even the super rigging plan will over shadow the will of God. And if you force yourselves on Nigeria against the will of God, then God will fight His course. Let everyone do their bit. Get your PVC, vote according to your conscience and let God do His thing. As we speak people are being killed, militias are being imported to help in the carnage, yet people are saying this government is still the best! Let God prevail. #myonekobo

If its to murder southerners the army would be the first responder's, but when it comes to the northern zone's they draw back, king of the north in play, twats.

“There is a laid down rule and regulation. The military are the last line of defence. We cannot become the police. It is only when the police go in and they find it difficult that we move in. In a normal situation, the state governor will ask the President, who will take the request to the National Assembly before military is deployed.”
The hypocrisy of the Nigerian Government is just too much. For a long time, they going to be haunted by operation Python dance for its crass illegality.

When it is IPOB, the Nigerian Army becomes the Police and first line of defence.

When it is the presidents own people, killer Fulani herdsmen, the Nigerian Army becomes the last line of defence and must wait for the Police to do their job?

Glaring prefrential treatment given to Fulani killers with cattle ranches and colonies to follow.

Hausa-Fulani is now bold enough to be rubbing it on the face of other ethnicities in Nigeria, I blame the southerners for this nonsense especially the SW that is always against the rest of south from having their way in Nigeria.

Where is this lay down rule when you deployed troops to kill unarmed protesters in south east Nigeria. That's what you get from a Fulani controlled security architecture yet some Buffon come here to defend the brainless, nepotistic despot-in- chief jihadist

Laid down rules my foot! Buhari hasn't sent his killer squad yet because they are not Eastern states...if they were to be Igbo man states, the soldiers would have been dancing different kind of military dances by now. E no go better for Buhari.

Nigeria is becoming disgusting, just tell us that deploying miliatry to the affected areas will prevent the fulanis from causing more havoc. Wait and see, if fulanis start recording casualties, the following day. Buhari will deploy military.

Shithole society indeed.

So how long or after how many death will the military know that the police are not competent to handle the situation?

Please they should keep quite. We know the reason. And we are wiser now.!

NaoSlay:

Why is this news kinda funny to me?

The DQ says they are laid down rules the military must follow.

When Ipob youths were clamouring for succession, you used the military, there was no laid down rules then Abi?

Well. It in the Nigeria constitution that the president has eight to deploy troops anytime since is he is GCFR.

It is not true that the constitution gives the president powers to deploy troops any time he likes.

It is not about election or voting but about the SW having confident in theirself that they can survive on their own. Nigeria will never be a stable country if it continue to be one unitary country.

Is very very unfortunate that this comment is coming from military. This is a total failure and a. Regional sentimental and must be totally condemned by all.

I was aware the massive military present on the south east without any debate from the National Assembly. They came in with operation cockcrodile smile to quickly crackdown peaceful protesters. Whereas murderers are free to move around maming and pretended not to have seen. That one National Assembly need to sedate on.... OK.., we are watching.

Why can't we Southerners come together, forget abt our hatred for each other, and look at how we can forge ahead without the Northerners.

This double standard nature of buhari is too glaring.

NB: I intentionally spelt buhari in small letters
Re: Fulani Herdsmen: Why We're Yet To Send Soldiers To Benue, Taraba, Others - DHQ by darqly(m): 1:08pm On Jan 30, 2018
Nigerian Military with multiple laid down rules and procedures. Even when they're deployed, their terms of engagement will be to monitor and siddon look, not seek and destroy. Isn't how the USELESS airforce had the temerity to announce that they fired warning shots only at herdsmen during the Numan crisis, but somehow managed to still BOMB the villages already decimated by the herdsmen?? Nigeria can make you look, sound and feel stupid.
Re: Fulani Herdsmen: Why We're Yet To Send Soldiers To Benue, Taraba, Others - DHQ by TheFreeOne: 1:12pm On Jan 30, 2018
Are there different laid down rule and regulation when soldiers were deployed against cattle rustlers huh

So in essence it is of more security concerns to buhari when cattle are rustled than when humans are killed.

The hypocrisy of this APC govt. and buhari smells to the highest mountain.
Now that it concerns the fulani terrorist the military remembers there is a laid down rule that will recourse to the national assembly.
Indeed there was a country.

One of the many reasons we, the Izon peoples, will always support out Eastern brothers, come rain come shine.

The North is united in their nepotistic, clannish & tribalistic actions/inactions against the South.

The Easterners are our neighbours from time immemorial are not capable of hating their Izon brothers.

UNITY OF PURPOSE should be our WATCHWORD in the South.
