Hi Grace, I don't think Transcripts have a DOB on them, to be honest your question prompted me to check two of mine just now and none of them has DOB on them. The most important dates on a transcript should be start and end dates of your programme. Well anybody will a contrary view should advise further. Thanks

OAU's transcript has DOB on it.

It is clearly stated on the Website that a job bank profile is optional, but then what is the harm. If you are able to get a job then all the better and higher chances for you I will suppose. So if you want to give it a shot, I will advise you do so. Planning to do so as soon as my profile is set up. Cheers

2.go to hellofax. Com and open an account

3.upload your scanned documents

4.use the edit button to type your reference no at a top corner (legible but not too big) on the uploaded doc

5.type in wes fax no : 416-972-9004

Then send

It will be acknowledged within hours

When I click on "my application" tab or eventually access the GCkey login fields on CiC site on my browser, it keeps telling me that login session has expired. I fully logged out yesterday before my system shut down. When I even get to type in my username and password, it tells me the same login expired ish. Who know what is happening please? I registered in my married name. Bsc cert had maiden name, MBA had married name. WES report came out in married name but indicated that one cert had a different name. I submitted certs, marriage cert, affidavit for name change and intl pp.

I will advise you not to decline the ITA. if I were to be in your shoes, I would create another profile with another email address and see if I can get another ITA before the expiration of the first one. If you go with the second ITA atleast your mind will be settled that you have crossed all your ts instead of having high bp. If you get a second ITA, decline the first and withdraw the profile. If no ITA for the second one, LOE will suffice to explain the discrepancy.

Pls gurus in the house. I need your responses.

not at all. use a different email address. it only becomes double entry if you submit both. I actually created 2 profiles , got ITA for both but submitted one, so i declined and withdrew the other. No effect on my application on that neither was it referenced in my gcms note. So go ahead and see if you can get a new ITA. I repeat, don't decline present ITA till you get a new one to correct the misinformation.

I need your responses please. Very unhappy at the moment. Before I got to know about this informative thread on the canadian immigration program, I engaged a law firm (paid heavily for this). After I got my ITA (CRS 452), they demanded for an outrageous sum again. I then terminated the contract. I claimed the 15points CRS for sibling cos my husband's younger sister resides in Canada. Now, looking through what they filled, I found out that they claimed that I have a sibling in Canada and not my husband.
My question is this: should I decline the ITA and make amends, or continue with process and write an LOE.
HELP ME WITH YOUR RESPONSES, IT WILL GO A LONG WAY.

You have two options:

(1) Decline the ITA, make necessary corrections and with your CRS score, I'm sure you will get another invitation in the next draw.

OR

(2) Make necessary corrections and use LOE to explain the error. Will your mind be at rest if you go with this option? If yes, you can go ahead.

I don't think this is allowed.



Can I have more than one Express Entry profile?

No. You may only have one profile at a time. This is set out in Canada’s immigration law.

Mine has DoB on them.
