Good question because I don't see building this being less costly than building 3 bedroom apartment here in Nigeria.

these are lovely designs but with the issue of security in Nigeria... the curtain walling isn't that accepted by Nigerians. only for high rise buildings and moreover these houses are very easy to design and build but are still expensive.

They are actually better than 90 percent of the homes I see people come out from in Nigeria
