it actually works opposite ways . The more you work out, the more you crave less food and burn more , but try and feel lazy and bored, you'd eat 3 times more than you would normally eat.

Forget the weight. Focus on muscles. You'll shape will look better if you do that and eat well. (Not just carbs)

As of 2 days back I passed by a man with big ass and he was unknowingly shaking his ass while walking.I have also seen men with dripping brez and big tummy.even they themselves aren't proud of how they look.another thing is that fat people always look older than their age,tend to age faster,get more prone to sickness and can't wear whatever they want,not to talk of all the irritating sweaty body,stretch marks and body odour.

You should count it all joy that you're slim.if you know the money fat people spend to go down,how restrictive their food is,long hours enduring body pains you will thank God for the freedom of being slim

People don't appreciate what they have until they loose it
