I am 37 years old,going on 38. I have been in and out of relationships and none of them have worked. Jude and I met during a friends wedding and we have been dating for like eight months.

Jude is not a typical guy. Hes not exactly very good looking. He is 4f tall and I am 5.9ft. That was a turn off for me initially but I eventually began to get used to it.


I want to get married,age is not on my side. Jude and I would like to get married but my parents have refused because of the difference in height. My parents are embarrassed by his height but its not like I have all the time waiting for me to be picky about husband.

I know I need my parents blessings but if they do not agree,I might not wait long for them. But Jude is not comfortable going on without my parents blessing. I hope he is not using this as an excuse to leave me....

why is Africa like this? I dont believe in Parents or pastors blessings. If parents blessings work why are there broken marriages everyday despite their blessings. Abeg, go and marry joor regardless.
