properties business is profitable investment you can invest fund for long term. l
Raydos:
Eko Development Company Limited has said the first phase of its mixed luxury development, Azuri Peninsula, has commenced

According to the Chief Responsibility Officer, EDC, Ms. Ibiene Ogolo, the architectural design of the 120 luxury apartments, 12 super-luxury simplexes and two villas as well as seven townhouse apartments was done by the global design firm, Gensler.

“Azuri Peninsula offers the optimum place to live, work, play and invest, and offers a unique and luxurious urban lifestyle by the delightful marina-front of the Marina district in the vibrant new Eko Atlantic City,” Ogolo said during a tour of the facility.

She added that the entire development would cover about 127,507 square metres, with the phase one taking up 13,000 square metres, while the built up area would take as much a 130,000 square metres.

Ogolo said Azuri Peninsula was already 80 per cent subscribed, while the remaining 20 per cent had yet to be finalised.

According to her, the name Azuri is a combination of two words representing the blue sky and beauty, adding that the promoters wanted a name that resonated with Africa.

She said, “Azuri offers the citizenry an opportunity to live life in residences befitting kings and queens. There will be a five-star marina and yacht club, with an attractive promenade, high-end shops, cafes and a wealth of amenities in a curated and sophisticated environment.

Unfortunately, the truth is that the corrupt would always flaunt the looted treasury in Eko Atlantic (nothing we can do about that) and l want more of them to flaunt it here in Nigeria rather than in London or Switzerland. But come to think of it, why would their flaunting it also exclude massive tourism like in Kenya and SA? Are there no corrupt people in those countries flaunting their wealth silmutaneously as tourism advance?

U right bt i wud like to see more of the real tourism ideas, structures, culture and world class stuff etc being flaunted than those high rise or lofty estates like banana island and luxury appartments only that intrest only treasury looters than real tourist. That will be redundant and an abuse of this potentially great place.

Tourism puts u on the Global map. Den of theives is just for ur theives and maybe a few hard working folks nothing more significant.

I will rather buy from an omo onile. The one i bought from adron homes and properties im yet to get an allocation .

Amen Estate is an instant allocation; on completion of your payment, it has c of o already. Try to find out about "AMEN ESTATE"

Then regards Adron homes, I believe you're in save hand as well, they're reputable real estate company.

Buying from Omo nile directly is not a bad idea but when you buy from reputable real estate companies, you're much more protected.

I still maintain, coastal cities have little or no long term viability. The cost of living there will skyrocket.

Bros do u know how long i have completed my payment ? Dos who bought this year after me from.omo onile havw started building . The infrastructural fee and other fee is what makes real.estate a bad idea . With omo onile u jave no problem withj that .
Also , the marketers are the problem real estate are facing . My major challenge is a guy who is member of staff of adron i entrusted my fund with ,as im not based in lagos . He not only show lackadaisic attutide towards client but do not follow up on client payment promptly . The amount paid was more than the amount my counterparts paid ,who have started building already in there respective locations from the omoonile .

The achievements of Tinubu, Fashola and Ambode are that they built Eko Atlantic out of the Atlantic ocean.

The achievements of Ibori, Udu and Okowa are that they bought flats in Eko Atlantic.

Who knows the process of getting a property there and the cost? A friend told me that celebrities like don jazzy and co are already getting properties at eko Atlantic city and I don't understand how they do it. I thought it will be completed first before people can be able to acquire properties there
Then you don't understand real estate investment.

From what you said regards the agent, though I don't know what really happened and their mode of operation but in our case, all payments go straight to the company's account from client.
When the payment are made, the company issue all necessary documents (Receipt, contract of sales an so on). In some of our estates, there are some where allocation is instant and some few months after all payments has been made, but I do put in my best to provide my clients with all necessary information. Allocation is a process but it should be within reasonable period of time if not instant.

The title on the land also play important roles in allocation process, but most likely the land with approved tittles tend to be allocated faster compare to those their tittle documents still undergoing process of approval.
But in your own situation Sir, I believe you should have those prove of payment for the said property with you, so I will encourage you to approach the Adron homes to confirm what's really going on and what cause the delay, so you can take it from there.

I consult for reliable and reputable real estate companies, but I do put in my best to ensure I render effective, efficient and friendly services to my clients.

It will affect the life of some common people, but not in the way you probably envisioned.

Residents will need new domestic support staff, a lot of them. They'll also need security and other professional staff.
