I think the reason Bitto has been mute is because of the nomination.

Bitto don vex sha grin

Complaining that the HMs are too messy, they're behaving as if this is a singing and dancing competition and they're already feeling like stars. I agree with him on that one, those housemates are too messy. They've clogged the kitchen sink twice in two weeks. Though the house is not as dirty as last week but the housemates are really slacking.
