truth be told clubconnect has a very poor customer service...they have some girls at the phone desk, they will pick your call and start passing phone one after the other to talk to you and later they will ask you to exercise patience of which at d end of the day they won't do anything to resolve the issue you presented.

I'm not the OP, mine is a different issue entirely and it has not been resolved.
I used mobile banking to transfer 1k into ur access bank account for my wallet to be credited and i forgot to put my phone number in the narration.
I have been contacting you guys on whatsapp and haven't gotten a reasonable response since 18 sept.

I just have to say it again you guys should work on ur customer service.

GTB said the money is his account and he can call 08029002900 or 08039003900 their customer care if in doubt

They don't answer calls and are so cold if ever they replied to your whatsapp chat.
I can tell you this because I've had issues with them once but was rectified after few days and I thought it was a glitch but now I've got N2,500.00 hanging without anyone telling me what's up.
I've been calling them for like forever and guess what....no one answered my call nor responded to my whatsapp chat.
I'm positive it will be rectified but don't patronise them if you are not immune to heartaches.

In all I hold Holy, I just bought another 2500 naira credit then did Glo subscription and take a wild guess....few minutes later clubkonnect credited my account
Still no call, text or whatsapp replies....

I said in a post, stay away from them unless you are ready to have BP because they will most likely deliver but on their own terms.

Exactly the way I put it. I got my wallet funded eventually....
Do I need mention I already did another subscription via my bank before it came in after doing several small data sub to check if they have effected the wallet funding?

Hmm mine is 1 month 2 days now. 6,800 naira is still hanging, a GLO recharge has never been delivered or refunded. Like someone said that they used to start well before they resort to biting you hard. I think that is the game Victor plays. Once you trust him then the game plan begins. I have done a lot of businesses with him and several times he had given me various problem without explanation. GTB said unless I get a police report that is when my money can be withdrawn from his account. Abeg, let him refund my money ooo

I've make a deposit of #3300 with (Login i.d 07066299757) to clubkonnect account @access bank for the past 18days, precisely on 30/01/2018 wasted hard earned money on calls and text messages for them to fund my wallet, Nigerians should be aware of this guyz cos they lack credibility you can use a whole day to call and they won't pick calls nor respond to messages, if you are lucky or mistakenly they pick your call their tomorrow is never ending. Too annoying and disgusting people

I think i am one of the Nigerians who has been defrauded by club konnect, but i won't let them go free. I purchased N900 worth of Glo data on thursday which is for 2GB. Hours upon hours passed, i wasn't credited my data. I was at their office on friday, i met with their inexperienced officials who called themselves the customer care attendants. Club Konnect never picks calls. Attached to this message are my payment proofs. I need my data sent to the line i purchased it to immediately. I have waited for over 3 days.

I can't recommend any cos i have made up my mind not to purchase data from people that i don't know. A lot of people now sell data especially in schools, you can find some around u.
