The real question is why where the cases ever closed?

These cases will linger till the next 15 years. It is in the interest of the presidency to keep it perpetually open so as to use it for blackmailing the people. These cases are coming up 3 yrs after because another election is coming and some people need to be put in çheck.
Corruption will only be fought when EFCC becomes truly independent and stop being used by politicians but unfortunately it's not possible in this part of the world.

I am all for Duke come 2019, but the high level of illiteracy in the north is a source of concern to me. Democracy is a game of numbers, you know. We have to look for a way to sell Duke to the north who may not know him too well. I want to see a Duke presidency next year.
