The only way he can enter America is if he becomes President and obtains diplomatic immunity.

The fact that he was never indicted doesn't change the fact that he was investigated by the government of the United States and his corrupt activities were exposed and documented by the US Government as part of US congressional records as a corrupt individual and PEP “politically exposed persons”.
