My advise to anybody that wants to work at a SPAR is Do not even work there, let them bring their country men(INDIANS) to come work their.

* THEY WILL ENSLAVE YOU
* I PITY THE GIRLS/FEMALE THAT WORK THERE
* YOUR WEEKENDS ARE LIKE WEEKDAYS
* ANY SMALL MISTAKE, IT IS OVER
* THEY ARE DESTINY AND CAREER KILLERS.

In continuation, Indians are very terrible to work with, not just Spar but any other indian coys around

* They are highly discriminatory: They are racist, won't eat or patronize anything non indian. They see Nigerians as idiots and slaves, the degree of segregation is high even if you are on the management board. trust me. They won't even look at you when you greet.

* They believe in achieving the most with the least and unfortunately you as a Nigerian gets the short end of the stick. Meagre income, overtime work, little to no resources to support you but yet will insult, threaten, criticize and just weaken your overall moral. This doesn't mean they don't spend on themselves though, my indian colleagues will have lunch of #100,000 on any afternoon yet pay their reps #30k in a month.

* The work environment is so corrosive and partial and indians will be sided even when they are wrong. P.S Even if you're Jesus, you will always be wrong.

* So far you are working with them, you just be very good and they are making x10 off you while you earn 1%.
