It's funny when peeps asks for "how much there would pay" even before writing the assessments and even going beyond the subsequent stages. Obviously, economic analysis of the prospective employment opportunity is vital, however, these group of questions should be asked at a later stage. The timing seems premature.

I think that's his motivation, if you do know it, you should have told him, there's no big deal knowing about that at this stage.
