Is it new? If not then stop complaining. And where you bought it from also matters, probably you bought a refurbished or substandard product.

On a serious note, there is nothing wrong with those brands, I bought one infinix in 2015 (brand new), and it's still working perfectly uptill now. Although I have given it to a close relative. One of my boss bought a Tecno product in 2013 from slot and it's working well too

Beware of cloned phones

I bought Tecno spark k9 plus in December 2017. The phone lags and the heat it generates Cannot be compared to a microwave oven. They hyped the phone that it has 4g meanwhile the phone only operates 3g.

Dude, your issue is quite simple.

You either got a defective unit, or a cloned unit.

Because of my present location, I can't get a Tecno phone to work here, so I use Nokia.

Please CAMON CX is a very fine product.

It's clear that that particular unit has issues, no doubt. But you shouldn't use that to generalize. It can discourage others.

Do you have comprehension issues? I used those ones as an example to show there is nothing wrong with those brands and they actually last long.

Do you expect me to use the ones bought some few months ago as an example? Those ones i talked about have used nothing less than 3 years and they are still working fine.

For example if I want to talk about another brand's durability say Samsung. I know a friend that bought one galaxy tab in 2012 and uptill now it's still working perfectly except for the slight deterioration in battery performance which is very normal.

You don't expect me to pick a very recent model that has probably not been used for 1 year and base my conclusion on it.

And don't call those devices dumb, you mean the infinix hot note of 2015 is dumb compared to the spark or camon? Of 2017? You must be joking or you don't know what you are saying. Apart from the presence of finger print sensor what else is so special about your 2017 spark or camon?

I have used the spark K7 before dishing it out due to the poor sound reproduction and poor color saturation which is common to most Tecno phones. In fact my hot note of 2015 is way better than the so called spark.

That's what I tell people.. Those phones are wack I told a friend that the camera disintegrate with time and I doubt the size of the internal memory.. I will never stoop low Ti buy tecno again.

Interestingly, I haven't had any issues with any brand of Tecno phone I have ever used. The camon cx is what I'm currently using and it's been functioning perfectly since I bought it in it first week of lunching and sale in Nigeria. You may have tampered with yours.

yours having problem dosent mean its same to others, even this samsung Htc Apple do also developed fault, is not soly to Tecno Infinix And Itel, there are many products which are worse than the products you just complained
