The problem is that the sensor space is too small, other phones sensor spaces are wide, anyhow users put their fingers it will work coz it will always fit into the hole. Solution: Scan the tips of your finger in your convenient way, while holding the phone to your face normally, scan left tip, right tip, middle tip, then rotate up, scan right finger same way too. With time you will get used to opening it using finger tips.

He stated the negative sides of the phone in question, nothing unusual or criminal about that as long as his review wasn't tainted. Being a budget phone, it is expected. Even the most expensive phones like iPhone and Samsung still get issues. So, you didn't need to be defensive or attacking the guy unless he's lying.
