Show me that man/woman wey talk say God no dey exist, make I gist am my experience so e go follow me praise God.

I have collected my visa to the glory of God.

All the stress, sleepless nights, prayers and novenas even three days dry fasting wasn't in vain.

God you are wonderful.

List of documents submitted:

- Visa form (filled on pc or mobile)
- All legalized documents
- DOV
- Letter of admission
- Bio data
- Sponsorship letter (with dad's company letter headed paper)
- Sponsor's statement of account
- Sponsor's pension savings account statement
- Documents of sponsor's landed properties
- Certificate of registration of sponsor's company
- Photocophy of sponsor's driver's license
- Two passport photographs

Aint getting carried away. I know the struggle has just begun. One chapter has closed, another one is abt to be opened.

Baba God is in control.

Are you going for MSc or BSc?
1. Min of Education Abuja for all your educational docs photocopies and original (waec neco, primary transcript etc).
Max #6000

2. Take to the Min of Foreign Affairs Abuja for legalization all the above, plus all other non-educational docs - birth certificate or NPC attestation and affidavit declaration of age if you were born before 1992 (photocopies and original); all docs that you'll need for pre enrollment or those the school will require (e.g. letters from school) It was #300/page (normal) #600+ negotiable (for express) when I did mine in 2015. They charge per page not per document.
All Nigerian originated documents which you will submit at the embassy and/or at the school (hard copies) must be legalized at MFA Abuja.

3. Take the above to the official translator. Charges vary per document. Budget #3500 for each.
Check earlier posts or the consulate's website for addresses and phone numbers of the translators

4. Book appointment for legalization online. Print and fill the legalization form (2 copies) and the appointment booking.
Take the originals and translated copies plus the above and max #30,000 as per last year rate. You may pay far less because they charge per document. Some folks paid #13,700 or less.
You will be asked to fill a form where you will indicate DOV

5. Visit their website to check the pre enrollment form, there you will see all the required documents. Also take note of all the docs you submitted during application for your programme.
Don't make the mistake of legalizing and translating Local Govt origin, NYSC and other useless docs at the above places.

6. Generally, legalization is done in Lagos consulate, but if all your docs originated from the Northern states you can try Abuja embassy. On their website you will see a list of the eligible states.

Good day everyone,
I have been granted admission to study (MSC) in University of verona. I'm planning to go to Abuja for the attestation of my documents.
My questions regarding the visa application are:
1. Can I use a sponsor that is not having the same surname me with me?
2. Is my personal account statement needed since am using a sponsor? If yes, what likely should be the minimum balance that will be acceptable?
3. Do I still need a hotel reservation if I have been granted accommodation?
Re: Italian Student Visa-help! by johnnypaul927: 2:25pm On Feb 18, 2018
Why not refresh the page? That is, click on the url section and click go or enter as the case may be. Or then use another browser. Chrome preferable. Finding it difficult still, pm me. I am planning to book for 1st, but first isn't available as yet. I booked 22nd but can't make it because the documents I am preparing, some are not ready for now. 1st will be opened soon. Cheers!

Special greetings to all bosses in the house!!

I finished secondary school in 2004 but could not further my education then due to lack of fund. That forced me to look for job and eventually I was able to get hotel job and ever since I I have worked in different hotels and God has been so faithful.

Additionally, during this period of working, I have obtained different trainings and Non-academic certifications in hotel management. At the moment, i am 32 years old, Married with a child, my current job position is hotel manager.

Now I am considering having formal education and traveling out of the country. So studying in Italy comes to mind.

Please do I have any chance of securing admission and study visa for undergraduate program in Italy considering my age and my situation Or do I wait and enrol for a bachelor degree here through distance learning and after I graduate I apply for Masters in Italy.

I look forward to your responses.

Thanks and God bless Nairaland(ers)
Re: Italian Student Visa-help! by Nobody: 9:40pm On Feb 19, 2018
Admission and Visa is not a problem.

If you can cope financially leaving your job, I suggest you travel abroad for your programme. BSc is 3 yrs in Italy. You will easily gain admission for hotel management related courses with your resumé.

But if otherwise, try do your programme in open University. Or apply to a private University around your area (not the likes of covenant or Babcock where you will be caged). There is a good chance that you will graduate in time and with good results than in a public school. Distance learning in all these public schools are not the best.

You will need the good result to get into a master's program abroad. Unless you're planning for an MBA or MSc in Tourism/hotel management related fields where your work experience will count.

Based on previous posts, the account statement should bear your surname. If otherwise, you need to show how you're related with the account owner.

You personal account statement is not necessary if the sponsor's account is well funded, but you can still add it. Anything from €6000.

Hotel reservation is a standard requirement I believe.
