For instance, according to a survey conducted by Forbes, freelancers now make up over 35% of US workforce. That percentage represents about 55 million Americans. Don’t these people know something that you don’t?

The interesting part of all of these is that the population of people who go freelance does not indicate lesser chances for you. The reason is that the sky is big enough for everyone. In as much as you have a skill that you can sell, you will always find buyers who are willing to pay you for it. And as Nigerians, we are naturally good at anything we give our attention. Beware, most people are over hyping fiverr because they want innocent folks to contact them for tutorials and other stuffs. Same thing happened with blogging and affiliate marketing. No one is saying you can't make money(mainly using foreign IP) but as several threads are being opened on just fiverr alone it is quite suspicious

If you are making so much money there what time do you have to start selling your tutorials, reviews, and other stuffs, besides what do you need the extra money for?

No you dont have to work from 9-5 be prepared to work 24/7, every successful freelancer has forgotten what it means to sleep. The pay is good but be ready to work really hard.
