God could not prevent the disaster, he could only flip bible pages to a one that contains words that says God is our refuge. What kind of refuge is it that couldn't stop a tornado from wrecking havoc?

So, among the over 20 verses on both pages of that opened bible, only 1 verse stood out that says " God is our refuge"?

Meanwhile, other verses must have rebuked them for their grievous sins, yet they attached no significance to such.

Let us be honest with ourselves. If you have a name equivalent to English word for God, then ,you have to agree to it that God is Allah. If indigenous names such as Ubangidi ,Eledumare,Chukwu, Dagwi, Osa- Nudazi,etc are the equivalent for english version God,then there isnt any reason for disagreement. Even historically , Allah was derived from AL + ILAH , despite this there is no language God does not understand.
The Bible's account of Jesus teaching, thought all to love and not detest irrespective of different beliefs.
