This is not true. He gained 1.5 million votes from South West in 2015 from 2011. He didn't gain the whole 3m from South West.

He is not going to lose so much from South West in 2019.

Also, in 2015 he lost some votes in Niger, Nasarawa and Borno as compared to 2015.
