Being an employee doesn't make you a slave. There is is dignity in labour. Of what use is your take home pay when it can not take you home?

Before you discuss matter you have no idea about, please explain how the difference in pay between a foreign trained employee (who have spent millions of naira) and a local trained employee is about 20k in Dangote ?

And before you start your rant of "detecting to employers" there is something called market rate. And once a company falls very short of same, that is slavery.

My guy, a 100k salary in a site as remote as ibeju when u have to resume 7 - 7, Monday through Saturday with a compulsory declaration of willingness to work on Sunday is similar to joining the slave ship!

Don't come tell me about staying close to work /site as a decent accommodation in that axis is far over your annual pay untouched.
