Aisha Buhari Reacts To Son Yusuf Buhari's Arrival To Nigeria by bambi2016(op): 7:55am On Mar 01, 2018
The first lady of Nigeria and wife of President Muhammadu Buhari has whilst announcing the return of her only son Yusuf,  after undergoing further treatment overseas thanked Nigerians for their support.

The first lady who shared photos in a Twitter post expressed her gratitude to all who prayed for her son, she wrote:

‘We thank God for the return of our son Yusuf today after his medical trip. On land at the airport he was received by the Minister of Health (State) Dr. Osagie, while at the Villa he was welcomed by family members, Wife of the Vice President, the Interior minister , 1/2″

Governor Yaya Bello & associates. On behalf of the family I wish to express our appreciation for the goodwill & prayers since the unfortunate accident. May God Almighty bless all & continue to guide us all aright. 2/2″

Meanwhile Yusuf also met with his dad, the president today on arrival to the country.

This Day had on Monday reported that Yusuf is in a better shape now and is expected to resume his normal life after contacting  Buhari’s Special Adviser, Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, who declined to comment on the issue.

“The boy has a right to his private life. We can’t be talking about him and his movement,”he said.

Buhari’s Special Assistant on Social Media, Lauretta Onochie, had also reacted to reports claiming that Yusuf was dead last week.

On her Twitter page, she wrote: “The news making the rounds regarding Yusuf Buhari, son of Pres. Buhari & Aisha Buhari, is Fake.

“He is very alive, to their shame.”

You’d retrospect that Yusuf suffered brain injury after he was involved in a bike accident on Tuesday, December 26, 2017.

It is believed he was flown out to Germany to continue his treatment, after undergoing successful emergency surgery at the Cedarcrest Hospitals in Abuja.

Glory be to God for the fast recovery. But we didn't need govt officials to go welcome him at the airport. He's not a crown prince. The govt spokesmen have been saying people should stop disturbing them for update about him "because he's a private citizen"; so how come he's welcomed by Ministers? I don't think this will even happen in the UK or KSA that practise monarchy.
