Another question biko

I did Muslim marriage and we were given a Marriage certificate by the mosque. On the certificate, Abdul (muslim things) was added to my name whereas my official name does not carry the Abdul. Afterwards, my wife did court affidavit that she is married to me and the name on the affidavit is my full official name. She did affidavit for her own change of name also and Newspaper publication. She used the marriage cert and all these documents to apply for UK visa and she was granted with no issue.

Now, there is a placeholder for me to upload marriage certificate. Will the mosque cert and court affidavit (in bold) suffice for me in the case of PR application?

Infact i gathered from this thread that people with 411 etc last year got ITAs. Lets be hopeful

In line with this question, what's the most approporiate time to pay these fees listed below. I seem to be confused about which applies where:

Your fees
We recommend you pay the right of permanent residence fee ($490) now to avoid delays. You will have to pay it before you become a permanent resident.

Fees $CAN USD
Your application

Processing fee ($1050) and right of permanent residence fee ($490)

1,540 N/A

Thanks. I hope I receive feedback asap too. Which part of the test component did you ask for a remark and was your score upgraded?

Following my Nikkah too, i was given a certificate (Marriage) by the Islamic body that officiated it. Thereafter, I did an official "Declaration of Marriage " at the Federal High Court Abuja. The later is the document as submitted as Marriage certificate. If you don't have a Declaration of Marriage yet, you should still be able get one from a law court new you. (What i am not sure of is if the disparities of dates would matter)

I thought processing fees + RPRF = 1040 CAD for each adult. Has the fees changed?

Thanks a lot! I totally understand. God bless you.

Newmum0615:
If she is claiming points for her customer relations experience and has chosen an appropriate NOC for it, she should put it under her work history and put the HR experience under personal history post ITA. For the content of the ref letter, I think she should just include the HR role. It doesn't take anything extra to do that since it is the same employer. Remember that you have to state what you were doing at that particular time under your personal history and if you submit a ref letter from same employer of primary NOC that does not include the HR role, it may seem odd. My opinion though. It's not gospel. I used a ref letter that had my 2 roles in the same organisation even though my primary NOC was for my previous role. Kindly note that if you put the HR role under work history, you will be expected to upload the same document again for the employment history placeholder that appears for the 2nd role. I did exactly that. I hope my response isn't confusing?

Yeah, it's gone up by a few dollars. I guess they keep adjusting it upwards just like the POF

I thought we've moved away from this tone of corrections. Anyway, the lowest draw score last year was actually 413 but that shouldn't be an object of debate.

There's no need for birth certificates except you are trying to prove relationship with a Canadian PR sibling you claimed points for. Is that the case?

The fees still remain $1040 for a single applicant. (Both processing fee and Right of Permanent Residence Fee). The slight changes were made only on proof of fund.

Family composition: Husband 31 Wife 32
Both: Masters, Husband IELTS 8: Wife IELTS 7.
Both over 3 years experience. Husband IT/Web dev, Wife: Logistics and Supply chain.
All in all husband became the primary applicant. with CRS Score at 465

Profile Created 4/10/2017....
ITA 5/10/2017......
Oh that was so fast: 1. cash was not complete for POF 2. Wife heavily pregnant.
Adding to complete POF while spending as the baby arrived 19/10/2017.(Big struggle)
Did passport a month after birth and did medicals on the 28/12/2017
Finally the money was complete.

AOR 2/1/2018.
Everyone went to sleep cos the hustle was read, actually expected to be at LVO cos we live in Dubai.
5/2/2018 medicals passed... (not too sure of the date)
20/2/2018 its PPR..

Make una no ask me about IP1 IP2 or NA nothing.. Seriously we were pursuing too much hustle to be bothered about where the application was.
its not as easy as its typed. The financial part was a huge one.. Money was not readily available as we thought we had our own pre ITA timeline on our heads..
Thanks for the thread as this is where i got the inspectors number for police certificate he made that very easy.
congrats
