jolanrewaju:
please what was your reason for us student refusal since they give everybody dat same blue form.
It wasn't a student visa to the US. My response was that the VO at US embassy didn't review the documents properly in making the decision because I have travelled to various other countries and did return back to Nigeria. I also pointed the fact that I have a good job in Nig which ofcourse will make me return after my visit. In my response I again mentioned the side business I run which is turning good numbers. Documents were also provided to back these positions up.
They also understand that US refusal is very subjective and applicant will not be provided with exact reasons for the refusal.
All the best

First of all, am sorry about the refusal but that's not the end of the world. Pick your self up bro!.
You don't have to dwell in the past, it has happened already and the way forward should be your priority.
First, you are 33 and not 37- ✔️

You have a strong home tie, don't listen to them, and your wife is gainfully employed in the medical field coupled with your parents and siblings✔️

Your account balance is not the problem here. ✔️

Questions?
-What was your first discipline or profession before this LLB?.

You need to choose a program in line with your first degree, Bro! Australia have really changed.

If you choose a program related to your first degree, I believe you will scale through. There is no age bracket for post graduate program and I know you are not up to 50 years of age.
You have to work more on your SOP in other to convinced the CO, why you are going for this program and all that.

If you can get your Sponsor to transfer this fund to your other account you are not presenting to DIBP.
Use the money to purchase Treasury Bill with a maturing period of 3 months, 6 months or 1 year.
You will show DIBP as part of your SOA with the 8 million and you can liquidate this Treasury Bill after 3 or 6 months based on the duration you choose.
Address this issue and I believe you will be fine with other gurus input as well.

Alternatively you can try Ireland and from there you can still migrate to Canny or OZ if you are not ok with Ireland.?

I believe you are gainfully employed as well and which field?...
I believe you also submitted one or two landed property as well during your Visa application.

@britekestro77

Sorry for the refusal, please don't go crazy over this shit.. Things will only get better..
From your case, i think you shot yourself by saying you will return to your "particilar position" on completion of the program...that can't be possible, it shows the program will add no value to your career in naija...
Your place of work need to offer a higher position on completion of the program...

That statement finished the entire story in your SOP

Financial capability is just one of the criteria for visa grant...
Work on your SOP and your work documents, you will get it on your next app... cheers

From what britekestro77 stated here, please you all need to understand that its not just how much well you prepare your documents. As you all can see they even lied against him just to deny him entry although we were not there so we can't tell what transpired to produce such rubbish but all the same what am saying again is that everyone should pray very hard and ask God for abundance of his grace for visa grant.
One thing i know the grace of God does is that when men don't want to favour you, the grace of God makes them favour you.

Those guys over there are doing whatever that pleases them which may be good/bad but for you to get what you want ask God for it and he will give you the grace to succeed.

Know God, love him, and His grace will speak for you and you will succeed.

You are so on point bro. GRACE gives us what we don't merit. God would grant the heart desires of all who trust in him completely. He is too faithful to fail.
Keep hope alive..... I shall testify shortly. You too!!!
