L9 plus user here.
Was in the same situation you are. The only thing the k9 had over me was the 4g.
I looked it over and got the l9 plus. The phone is awesome. Sleek design. Light weight. Awesome camera and battery. Nice memory optimization. Go for it bro.

spark l9 does not have 4G from what I saw in the phone settings..even if where are you going to find 4G network grin

let him go for l9+ abeg even ordinary L9 am using is lasting me like madt but make sure you take care of your battery very well to avoid problems on the long run
