I am a customer with naira bet with the username HARDEXMAN. I have tried to put my UBA account and the site kept rejecting it...That not my main complain. Last year December, I mistakenly add a wrong account number unknowly and naira bet that doesn't accept my UBA kindly accept the wrong union bank account that I put. I complained to nairabet complacent customer agents but nothing was done. Itot 1500 is a small money if naira bet refuses to credit me, January 2018, I transfered another 12000 naira from naira bet and wen I did not received it again, I complained to union bank that was where I knew the error in my account. Since then, I have complained more than 50 times to different customer care but all of them kept promising. I have accepted the fate but I just wish I could let the whole world knows that naira bet is not as secured as they claim. Check my account. Hardexman. But I thought if the name on the bet account doesn't correlate with the bank account name the transfer won't be successful.
You can look for a trusted friend that is also using nairabet and transfer the funds to him. He'll withdraw it then transfer it to you.

If nothing is done after the complaint has been sent to their support email address. I will eventually do it and after been successful in the over 3 months wahala. I will stop using their platform with animosity. And I will never encourage my community to use it.

I think maybe they don't have trained and reputable customer service, it seems it is those people that work as agents for them customer care calls are transfered to.
