My comment was simply based on the doctor's confession thus: The accused doctor, in the course of interrogation at the Emir’s palace, was said to have admitted that he only hugged Fatima and rubbed his body against hers
It was very wrong of him to invite an underage girl (who happened to be his patient's relative) to a solitary place and hug and smooch her. He said he rubbed his body against hers. I can almost beat my chest that it was his pr*ck he rubbed on her (probably her genitals). I am saying this with the assumption that he actually didn't have sex with her.

As per my social media comment, well I haven't breached any confidentiality here. I made a comment based on the info I got from the case I read about. Moreover, this is Nairaland not Facebook. I am more careful when writing on Facebook. Not saying I cannot be tracked on Nairaland, but that will be for very serious comments, and it can't be done by just anybody.

The only reason why it's been termed as rape is because the girl was a minor. But I'm almost certain she willingly removed her hijab and clothes for the doctor to fvck, maybe because he's a doctor sha. He raped her several times till she got pregnant, according to her, but she didn't say anything to anyone till... And she didn't even say anything about the doctor threatening her not to say a word.
I'm still wondering how the doctor was able to be dragging her all the way to his office each time, without anyone seeing or hearing her voice.

Even if FMC bida does it have the expertise to run DNA tests, there are other Laboratory centers that run the tests. Samples can even be sent out of the country and results out in few weeks. Why haven't that been done since 3-4months after birth? If the guy is innocent? You randy buffoons think everyone online is an illiterate like you. The guy in whatsapp chat is even more mor0nic shouting 'they want to destriy his carreer' when a simple DNA test can put to rest the whole issue.

If I were to bet, I'd wager the guy impregnated the girl until that test proves otherwise. We know how people behave when they are confronted with a pregnancy they don't want and your friend behaves guilty.

I was asking about why you refer patients primarily to psychiatrists and not psychotherapists. You don't have to be sorry about not accepting PMs. It's understandable.

Psychotherapy as a stand alone discipline hasn't gained ground in Nigeria. However psychiatry is a multilevel speciality that also offers psychotherapy .
So if a patient needs psychotherapy, I would feel safer referring him to a psychiatrist, esp one who sub-specialised in psychotherapy.
