Banks should not allow all and sundry to be able to access electronic channels but in a drive to maximize profits, banks keep pushing all customers, including the elderly, who may not be cyber savvy to be registered on mobile banking, internet banking etc.

Those set of customers are easy pickings for Nigerian fraudsters.
