Nna, Osun don't do village kekenap and imaginary make believe ambulance, they have real ambulance and not only that, they also have mobile hosital truck for MASS and critical health services and outreach.

Let me put you through on types, and list of hospitals in Anambra state, we have three University teaching hospitals, one state COOUTH Awka, NAUTH Nnewi Federal, Tansia University teaching hospital, Aguleri, mission, three state specialist hospitals, Onitsha, Enugu Ukwu and Ekwulobia, and 520 primary health centers across the state, also 23 mission hospitals state government also fund, state teaching hospitals boasts of six clean ambulances, all the general hospitals owns ambulances, state government also gave all mission hospitals ambulances.

Real ambulance is what sane societies use in case of emergencies, not kekenapep.

Kekenapep first aid box is not for emergencies, or maybe you just don't know the meaning of emergency.
