Has the Nigerian government considered regulating the number of children a family should have ? With Population nearing 200m , the government should do something about birth control. Since Nigerians like fucking and having children like rabbits , the government must allow maximum 2 kids per family. Say Nigerian men can have their balls removed after having 2 children. 1 Like |
