BlessedDiva, when you take orange, take the whole insides of the orange, just remove the green and the white peel and eat everything else except the seeds. Since it's gone on this long and if you're pregnant, you can also go to the hospital, they would give you one drug that looks like candle wax to insert and the shyt would come pouring out. Don't strain too much pushing something that doesn't wanna come out before you complicate matters

Next time try to shake your leg as it comes and breath through your mouth. It happens a lot during pregnancy so expect some more! Taking calcium helps reduce or stop it. Sorry sis I know how painful it can be.

He should have done ivf and jejely selected the gender he wanted to avoid all this rubbish and ingredients

Nonsense did he even think what if the baby boy dies (God forbid) before adulthood or becomes mentally deranged or sick? Won't the crown go elsewhere? Let him just pray that God should give him healthy and living children male or female.

Sorry about the muscle pull. I only experienced it once in dis pregnancy and it occurred after a 32 hrs flight so I can blame it on the stress of flying.

Now make sure u are not always on ur feet for a long time
Make sure u don't cramp your self in a corner too long.

When ever it happens stretch out that leg. Put ur heel on d ground and stretch it well. (This I learnt from my collegue and it worked well for my pregnant sister)

Glad you have the support of your husband so massage is good.

Doctor says it is pregnancy package.
Use NeuroGesic, works for me.
These days I have been using Aboniki... works too.

this is serious,she should not be miserable over a blessing coming her way na,just advice to be happy b4 she develop HBP,she needs to be alive for that child.But the man sef.

My birth story. I was admitted for an elective CS on 19/2/18 because my baby was in an oblique position, I wanted to try a vbac because i did a Cs in 2013 because baby was breech but God knows best, I don't know why my babies always come in such position above all i still thank God. As i got to the theatre Bp was high all of a sudden i was placed on oxygen and a bp monitoring equipment I don't knw it is called and i was also losing blood so I was transfused immediately, it took them an hr n 30minutes to bring the baby out, I was just reading psalm 23 for God to safe i and my baby on the second they didn't bring my baby to me I knew something was wrong wrong somewhere so I was just praying and telling God to perfect that which he has started.

Oh great, how did I forget good old garden eggs, so that english pear is good too, I hate beans but since i heard its good i had to eat it yesterday but I'm very bloated till now. Thanks a lot sis I'll go get them sharp. God bless you.

Alright thanks dear, I'll make sure I eat the insides and also try the ones @enque listed, if they don't work, I'll go to the hosp.

On the 3rd day I went to the Labour to ask the nurses, they said my hubby should have told me, na there I don start to dey mad I called him immediately he said he's fine,he's at the Neonatal ward he wasn't breathing well when the brought him out and he has to be placed on oxygen for 48hrs. He has a low pcv he may be transfused also, na so my prayer points changed, i took the handkerchief GO prayed on at redemption and placed it on his forehead and started praying. By the time they checked his pcv the 3rd day he was, I was discharged on the 4th day after the CS but baby wasn't discharged, he was discharged on the 8th day, I couldn't even tell ppl that have given until after he was discharged, that's what comes with a general hospital you will see your baby during visiting hours only or time to feed. Thank God it all ended in praise.

Welcome to my club. I only console myself with the fact that, according to google, it is quite common. Mine started in 3rd trimester. Before when it started while sleeping, I'll scream and massage and massage.

Now ehn, i am always conscious of how i stretch my leg while sleeping, if i stretch too much, i must get muscle pull. Now i just dey always manage am and i just try to place my feet on the ground immediately.

BA. To the glory of almighty God i welcomed my prince and princess at 35weeks via emergency cs on 27th february. Babies are doing perfectly okay and are back home with my mum. Am presently been tranfused. Lost so much blood. Mamas please join in thanking almighty God despite all odds i still came out victorious. Birthstory coming soon once am out and strong again.
