In my opinion, I think the hot water bathe and lukewarm drinking water is for our good. I gave birth to my first via emmergency cs, so no pressing of body. As at my baby's naming i was still looking preggy. But when I started taking the lukewarm water religiously, I saw drastic change within a month.

I went for my sis wedding exactly a month later and people who were at my naming couldn't recognize me, I had gotten back my pre pregnancy shape and my incision site was healed.

I did it for three months, so please close eye do am. You still have enough days and years to chew ice sef.

Mama with your medical history you mentioned, I don't think you should take any changes lightly, especially at this stage. Please go to your hospital or call your doctor.

Register to see a consultant, not a young doctor. Am sure he will prescribe Progesterone for you ASAP.
Try to observe bedrest... no kpekussing, watch your foods.

Though, just got married late last year and to the glory of God I'm 7weeks and some days gone. FTM and EDD is oct 25 according to LMP. And pls any MX mama in the house. Any good hospital suggestion in MX will be appreciated as I be JJC. Before I forget, ms has bin doing me shege and the saliva is on anoda level . Bitter cola has been my saving grace since yesterday.

Lord has been faithful. Last week Sunday had me scary as I bled throughout with clot. I registered with general hospital so I rushed to hospital to see emergency doctor. Most of the pregnant women there were bleeding and I was even encouraging some to have faith. I was sent to do scan and to the glory of God, the baby was kicking at 15weeks, no abnormality and actually tallied with my LMP edd, August 25. No treatment was given but to go home and rest. The bleeding has stopped. My booking date is March 27 and can't wait.

I'm writing this to give hope to someone in my shoe as I too read about women who bled and still have healthy babies.

March mamas, well done o. I'm expecting March 28 baby.
