This case is different, the Federal Government can be sued but we play politics with everything and nobody will take the bull by the horn. The Federal Government controls the security apparatus of the country and the Chief Security Officer of Benue State, Samuel Ortom, publicly admitted he informed the Security Agencies of imminent attack but they looked the other way until the people were killed in cold blood. The statement of IGP after the killings further justified clear case of negligence and outright incompetence.


I'm still wondering why the Nigerian fraud constitution recognizes someone as chief security officer of a state without powers to give orders to security agents in his state
