Yes, this is because that the governor focused on the towns outside Enugu, especially Nsukka, while the former focused on the capital city...

I don't think there is any giant project executed by the governor in Enugu.

I can say that the governor's work is 85% other towns against 15% in Enugu, while the former governor gave 60% in Enugu and 40% other towns.

Well if you ask me I had say it's a nice initiative. Enugu main town is way above other towns so it's good. At least let the other towns catch up small. After all its still within Enugu

The governors are clowns. Ugwuanyi did nothing in Enugu since he was elected now he wants people to forget their plight easily with these cheap efforts to endear himself to the masses. It's unfortunate that people forget so easily and there's no strong opposition structure in Enugu State.
