Lol, this is just shocking to hear. Really? . Why would we queue for something that's everywhere . Almost all public toilets, garages, University campuses , clinics, hospitals etc. Condoms are easily accessible.

When I was campus, never witnessed anything like dat (although dat campus has an Islamic kind of orientation), so free condom by govt. in Nigeria? I dnt knw if it exists bt any reasonable hotel makes provision 4 dat. Here u pay 4 condoms no bargaining d price. In otherwords i shud be on my way SA to get my share of free CD. "this shocking to hear" LOL. Come to Nigeria my country and behold d wonders of d govt. I rarely hear abt d govt and politics.
