I thought the notification light is supposed to be blinking when you have an unchecked notification. The light on this RN4X does not even when I have many notifications. Does it have a special setting?

Check that you enabled notification for those apps.

Go to settings and type notification in the search bar

First of all, no 4G.
Second, the 3G (H+) connects like gprs.
Even simple websites like Nairaland struggle to open!

Looking at my MB like fowl looking at corn inside bottle.
