I'm writing a business plan and I need to really figure this out.

I intend to distribute end of year bonuses but still a man must chop before end of the year . So I need to figure out a sustainable bottom line for a single person to be able to save maybe 35% of the monthly salary after expenses.

there are peculiarities to that situation. you cant average a bench mark without considering the peculiarities of a majority of your work force. note that location and local expenses play a factor Irrepective of the peculiarities mentioned. nevertheless 35percent savings by the worker with upfront deductions for an end of year bonus if I got you right, for a very low expense zone in Nigeria would amount to 65k. where we it's assumed that at least 45k can cater for a man, his wife and a child. thus saving roughly 35percent. note this didn't factor in possible deductions if I got you right to be paid at year end.
