We were told that it's to guard against diarrhoea and what sef?. So if you can maintain a high level of hygiene, no wahala. You can go without it.

mamas plssss my son is 5weeks old, he finds it difficult to poo,,, it makes him so uncomfortable and he cries,,, wen he farts it smells so bad,, we r on exclusive breastfeeding, pls wat can i do to help cos his cries r hurting me

Not vaccinating your child against rotavirus is a very risky venture, maintaining hygiene is important whether vaccinated or not.

When the child starts crawling, creche and coming in contact with sick people your hygiene level may not be able to save that child from contacting the virus but a vaccinated child has a very good chance of beating the disease should he contact it if at all he does.

Diarrhea and vomiting can be fatal in a twinkle of an eye so why take chances?


One can forgo a few luxuries just so the child can be protected and ive read of places giving it for free.


IMO its not a vaccine to skip.

For me I started gradually, like during the day when I'm awake to supervise so he doesn't suffocate while trying to turn.
And when I'm sure he can turn on his own it became his regular sleeping position.
It will help her to develop strong neck, back and shoulder muscles which will help her to gain good head control.

Hmmm ... Raw and unedited picture of a mother breastfeeding her 2weeks old baby after a C- section delivery.
This is priceless. This is what some mothers go through. The pains. The stretch mark. The shapeless body. The flappy tummy. Some of us use corset and body magic to hide it. Some of us use push up bra to feel sexy but when we get into the bathroom, naked and see the real body , we remind ourselves that we produced a creature, a human being. Please women learn to love yourself. Love your body. Motherhood is a beautiful thing. I pray that those trying for a child will get pregnant.
Men , learn to love your wives. What we go through isn't easy. We don't need you to misbehave, we don't want you to cheat on us. We don't want you to beat us. We don't want you to deny us our right. All we need is love , transparency, care and support. After all these suffering some men without conscience hit their wives. Some don't care if she has eaten . Some even abandon her to cater for the baby. Some spend more on their girlfriend forgetting they have a nursing wife at home. On judgement day , I wonder the excuse you will give God for maltreating your wife.
Some men even have the guts to tell their wives that she is not a woman just because she delivered through CS . I believe a true woman is the one who had her child(ren) through surgery. She has to go through pains. Serious pains. She has to deny herself food for days at least 3days. She can't eat normal food for a month. She can't even bath herself well. Unlike the vagina birth. Men , no matter the method of delivery treat her like a queen. For a mother and child to come out alive is God's grace. Pregnancy and Labour is between life and death. Learn to respect mothers.

Good evening mamas,the rashes on my baby's face no wan clear,even when I stopped using soap and cream on her using only MOJO powder new ones 're popping up everyday...now her face is so dried...am so confused on what next to do.
Note: baby is just 7weeks o

my 3wks baby had rashes too that didn't clear even after using mojo powder. Then we used nycil powder and continued ori as her body cream. and her skin is back to original. Although my mum says rashes are normal for babies and there's really no need to apply anything.

Good evening, since your son is on exclusive breastfeeding, Just leave him, he will poop. As long as he farts, he is good, he will poop. When I goggled it when it happened to my son, it was explained that the baby uses up all the milk they take so no extra for waste. Please don't put any thing in his anus.
