able mamas in house. May we all deliver safely in Jesus name.

I was scared of the brown spotting not stopping since 6weeks gestation so last week Wednesday, I went to emergency at the general hospital I registered and got admitted immediately for threatened miscarriage. Since Wednesday, I'm just on lexotan 1.5mg and bed rest while I did blood, hvs and urinalysis. The blood test showed negative malaria parasite and other test was available this evening. No b.p., no pain, just little brown blood stain when I pee. Today I did scan and the baby is growing perfectly at 17weeks, normal heartbeat, adequate amniotic fluid and anterior placenta.
What's bothering is I'm not seeing changes. The senior doctor prescribed vasoprin and duvaston before the test was available today. I learnt the vasoprin is for blood pressure which the nurse said my bp is between 83 - 95 and it's normal.

Sorry for the long post, here are the test result and the prescription. Does it correlate to threatened miscarriage or I should wait for another doctor because different doctors are just coming with different view.

Pls help me mention those who know about medical.

I was placed on vasoprin on one of my antenatal visits. My bp has always been normal. I suspect I was given because of family history of bp but d Dr didn't tell me even when I asked.

But when I started bleeding, a nurse advised me to stock taking it because it thins d blood n I should confirm from a Dr. I asked d snr Dr that prescribed it and he said I should discontinue because of d spotting.

Wow, thanks so much. This helpful. Does the evergreen woman have these side effects? Like the hot flushes and molar pregnancy? Alot of people seem to have miscarriage history with xlomid.

Side effects, the first time I used I got really hot flushes and my cm got extra really stretchy and I got pregnant, but
It was a molar pregnancy, when I used it next, I got really strong ovulation that the pain made it hard to walk sef, and it worked after 4 cycles on 100g a day...in all, I would pick evergreen woman over Clomid, it really works. All those tests, especially the hsg would not be in vain for u honey, your bfp is here

PS, don't wait for those dates, just keep doing the baby dance, before my first child, I used to ovulate of DAY 10, imagine, so days.12...14...etc would have been a waste of time, just enjoy yourself and relax

Clomid is a 6 month circle, at the end you must stop trying to avoid cancer.
I did Clomid after all sciences failed, conceived in my 1st circle, miscarried.
Continued and got BFP on my 3rd circle, it is God, not clomid.
Most Doctors discourage the use if Clomid, since it's your fertility doctor, please go on, and you must be closely monitored.
I don't remember my progesterone level...
God will do it... have faith.

Good afternoon doctors and aspiring mothers in the house... Pls we have an issue at hand, an ultrasound scan gave a report on the 16th of march 2018 of a baby being 20weeks +-2weeks Edd is 03/08/18.. Its been causing an uproar and disagreement of last had unprotected sex between the mother and the supposed father cause the husband said he wasn't around as at the month the wife mentioned... Pls by your experience and calculation what date/month is the said sexual intercourse of this particular scan would have come about... Thanks in anticipation

Her lmp shld be 27th Oct. So let's say her fertile period was first week to 2nd week of Nov max.

Please note that scans are not always accurate hence the 2weeks plus or minus.
My scan in the early weeks of pregnancy @9weeks read 2 weeks minus. At 12 weeks it was one week minus.
At 17weeks it was 1 week ahead.
So despite that my Edd from last menstrual period is 12th August. I think it is currently 4th August by my last scan.

So let's give benefit of doubt by saying she conceived BTW 2nd week of Oct and 2nd week of Nov.

But the hubby shouldn't worry. DNA is cheaper nowadays and can be done after birth.

Sorry sis are you trying for a vbac? Please let your doctor decide the best mode of delivery! Any which way mother and baby alive is all that matters. Praying for a swift and easy delivery to you.

I woke up with spotting this morning ,went to the hospital asap, checked twice was told OS is still closed bf I now returned home. Has anyone experience this? Or the spotting came as a result of my pineapple eating? Note: am 39weeks + I beg sabi mamas make una no waka pass o....

The spotting is very likely your mucus plug, walk around, take the stairs, eat more pineapple, eat dates, drink zobo, stimulate your nipples or have sex! All this will enable you dilate faster.

Cappo, tanx for always checking up on us. I hope boss baby is fine. Gender is xy. New Edd 18th according to the scan I had last week Monday. OS is closed and I am getting tired of being pregnant but in all, God's will be done. Dh wants me to be induced cos of baby weight but my hospital is saying until the two weeks plus has passed. I am somehow confused sha. Any advice?

Your baby is already term so even if you get induced now, you're receiving a healthy and fully developed baby. But there are things you can do to naturally get things started.
Have sex.
Eat pineapples (this had zero effect on me sha)
I hear zobo helps too (doesn't work on me either)
take walks

...check online for more tips. The little guy will come soon

By the way, boss baby is doing fine (if only he will sleep at night )

mamas in the house I have been silent for some time now I always look forward to been here. Thank God! finally am here cause am pregnant and 10 weeks 3 day as per the scan I did today and it tally with my LMP am very greatful to God for this amazing gift after ttcing for two years. However am on admission right now cos of pelvic pain that av been aving since 2 days ago during the scan fibriod was detected and they said it push the baby to one side but the baby is fine. Mamas pls I need ur prayers cause am sacred and I want to know how to manage fibriod with pregnancy, am still feeling the pains though not severe hope and welcome. sorry for the long post. Am team October with due date 12 Oct 2018 on scan supernatural delivery to us all.
