I made a recharge of 1000 Naira from my First bank account (20XX676619) since on the 8th of this month via *894...... to my MTN line (09038624052). The said amount was deducted from my account but my line was not credited. I have called MTN customer care centre 9 times each with promises from their agents that the issue would be resolved within 24 hours yet no refund to my account or line credited. Here are the details of the last 3 ticket sent to me by MTN customer care centre promising to resolve the issue with 24 hour 127591865, 127293784, 127292895. I even spoke to a supervisor.
The account line on which the transaction was initiated is 07032309985
The transaction ref no is QS894:101300000351063765/2349038624052.
Pls help me share this because nothing has been done regarding the issue till now.
