Please, Nairaland, Help To Interpret This Swedish Court Judgement by deeway200(m): 6:14pm On Mar 21, 2018
My visa application to Sweden to attend a seminar was refused on the ground that I may not return. I appealled to the Swedish migration court and I was given the following judgement on the 13th of March,2018 which I received on the 14th of March

1. The conditions for granting Mr.......... visa are met.
2.MIGRATION COURT'S DECISION
The Migration Court repeals the contested decision and reiterates
The goal of the embassy for a new trial of Mr ---------- application on visa.
After receiving this judgement ,I attached and forwarded the court judgement to the Swedish embassy in Abuja via email on the 15th of March, 2018.But no response till now.

NB: what does this court judgement denote?

my concerns are
1.the seminar has already started and will end tomorrow
2. my hotel booking is no longer valid because it was booked for the seminar which has started.
3. Does embassy has the right to deny me the visa again based on the two point stated above?
4. can I be refused the visa despite the court judgement because the seminar has started.?

I don't understand. Where you not suppose to appeal at the Swedish embassy Nigeria in swedish language as that is their requirement or did they give you the option to appeal in English?
