...and as they are failing to respond to the restructuring of Nigeria, because of their northern buharic evil agenda, shouldn't the Yoruba leaders of thought and progress, begin to put in place a pro-active unflinching plan B. This is with the view to move the entire Yoruba race if possible other well meaning southerners out of this contraption called Nigeria where this northern elements have turned into cesspool of violence, death, kidnapping, nepotism, islamization, backwardness etc...name it, for how long we go dey Sidon and look avoiding war that could nip these nonsense in the bud now once and for all than a war that will never end in the future. Nothing to fear about the overated northern cowards they only use Nigeria for their selfish ends. We see how Benue war started and they failed to take that critical initiative which landed them in the position they are in today. If they think they've the end of this problems from the northern charlatans they must do a rethink. I foresee more devastation coming its up to the benue people to be prepared and fight back before they kill off their critical mass of people and take the land away from the defenceless few that are left who will be pushed to exile or summarily murdered. Issues like this must not be treated with kid glove Yorubas must strategize and fight for their rightful place in history and defend their sovereignty. Even our elders always say "Yoruba Ronu" this is not a mere diplacement of hot air.

On the contrary, we can start enjoying new lease of life when we drop every negative indices we've cultivated as a way of life.

Greed, hatred, self cetredness, and host of negative traits that is doubly reinforced in every aspect of life

Unfortunately, we are not ready for a new way of life but prefer the old lifestyle of oppressive darkness and self delusion

What of the perpetual eastern slaves?
Lol.

The igbos should learn to keep quiet. But will they listen? No, because they are very emotional.

Both west and east have been slaves to the north. History is there.

Once the south goes it separate way, watch how it will develop

The Yoruba elders have realized their mistakes, thou the likes of Tinubu and others are still ass licking their masters excements. The Afonja youths are helping Tinubu to sip Fulani urine. They will wake-up in future.

When yorubas are talking, the biggest coward of the county from the east should shut the fucck up.
Ojukwu, Philip Effiong, and the rest of the surviving Biafran soldiers died/will all die free men and of natural causes.

Abiola was in prison with chains around his neck, looking like migos upon his death. cry cry

Some of the slaves, not all. The ones chained and resident in Tinubu and Obasanjo quarters are still unconvinced.

You mean like KudiRAT and Abiola? Awolowo's failed coup had him shitting his pants, the fear of the north made him commit suicide like the cowardly snake that he is. Even the saraduana that the igbos phucked up couldn't do a damn thing to Nzeogwu, we marched up his house and phucked him up good. We did the same to Akintola. Abeg guy forget story.

Well I have purposed to start seeing good in my Eastern neighbors.... Including amarabae. We can't do it alone...we need each other..else this infidels will overrun us
the infidels can only overrun the east. Look at the way they quickly organised python dance for them. They dare not try shit with the west. currently, they regard them as slaves and scum. You need to read the comments of an average northerner about them on facebook.

And anytime a Yoruba man comes out to speak out about these northern parasites, these eastern vermin come out to ridicule the person. shouting slaves, good morning and all sort of inane verbiage. people like Tunde Bakare, FFK, Fayose, Odumakin, wole Soyinka etc are speaking up and nobody from their cursed land can muster any courage to speak up yet they see their masters as slaves.

I don't know what you mean by being slaves. but I'm not a slave. If coming together to form a political alliance is slavery to you, then you will continue to be a slave as no region can highhandedly become the president without the other.

The Yorubas has been the only ones standing up and speaking truth to power in Nigeria, irrespective of whom or the the type of government. The records are there. The igbos has always been AGIP and support any government so far they are given some crumbs.

But one oba is in prison till now after the fight with Hausas in Lagos, what have you done about it?
Mko abiola won an election and it was cancelled, what did you people do?

They came to your ilorin, seized it and imposed an emir,
What did you lots do?

Can you fight the north for 3years in a civil war?
Let me rock your sense this morning,
The north fears one ethnic nation and that is IGBOS.

We are the reason why Nigeria is not a full Islamic country.

Have a sit.

The Oduduwa want development.

The slaves from the east want an elusive freedom. They are a conquered territory and their land has been made a grazing route.

The sooner they realize that a vanquished slave has no right and accept their status as fifth class citizens and bow their heads, the better for them.

Both west and east have been slaves to the north. History is there.

It is well documented that once Ilorin fell the Yorubas were sold off as slaves to the Caliphate and Northern Invaders, the same happened in Old Oyo when Oyo fell and the Yorubas abandoned their people to their fate. The Fulanis did the same in Nupe, however they were unable to set foot on Igboland, the Igbo civilization was only conquered by the invading European forces as a result of their advanced weaponry and war tactics. So please don't try to re-write history, if the yorubas were slaves to the Fulani - Hausa then that's just history and there is nothing wrong in that, however the igbos were never slaves to any other black civilization, perhaps you are mistaken the word marginalized for slavery. We have been side lined and marginalized for years in Nigeria, no shame in that, however we have never been slaves to any other tribe in Nigeria. The first Igbos slaves that arrived in the New world (the USA as it was known )actually choose to commit suicide rather than be slaves to the European invaders. I would advise you to do some studying before you decide to post something and pass it off as historical fact.

Very true.

In spite of the mistrust and suspicion between Igbo and Yoruba , I think if you cut out the core Muslim North, the rest of the country (South East, South West, South South and what we know as the Middle Belt) can live very peacefully together and build a very prosperous and strong country. These parts of the country, in spite of their ethnic differences, essentially have similar ways of life and outlook. They are socio-culturally compatible. The evidence is there in for instance, the music industry and Nollywood. How many Hausa/Fulani musicians do you know in Nigeria's mainstream music industry today? How many Hausa/Fulani actors do you know in Nigeria's modern Nollywood?

The North is the biggest obstacle to Nigeria's progress because they simply aren't compatible with the rest of the country. The Islamic fanaticism and educational backwardness of the North makes them better suited to team up with their brothers in Niger Republic, Chad, etc.
Gbam. This is nothing but the truth. I wonder when we middlelters and southerners will fully come to this realization and work together as a people to liberate ourselves from this region called core-north.

I am from the middlebelt and I only believe in One Nigeria with the south and excluding the core-north.

Late Gideon Orkar from Benue also saw this too and that was why he wanted to become head of state and cut off the core-north from Nigeria.

The only problem to this is religion. The core north always uses religion to gain support from Yoruba & middlebelt muslims.
