Uzoho's reflexes are good from what I have seen so far and Onazi has been quite disciplined to sit back as the DM. Fine showing so far but we need to create more and have more shots on targets.

Moses' freekick was an opportunity for him to replicate what he did in training yesterday. I was privileged to see a small clip of the team A vs Team B and Moses hit a fine freekick from almost same position he had here against Serbia. Ezenwa produced an acrobatic save to deny moses.

Uzoho have been good so far on the overall and is doing his sweeper role well enough too.

Thoughts on game so far....

- Musa leading attack not working; bring in Igahlo
- Uzoho has nice reflexes; perhaps if it wasn’t for that then that “goal” would’ve been an actual goal
- Mikels absence is sorely felt; we need a better midfield to slow the game down and create better passes
- Ndidi bossing as usual
- I don’t know but I’m not so confident in Awaziem; as the game goes we’ll see
- Moses is doing what he can, i can tolerate that

are you sure our 3 DM style can perfectly gel or work well. am confused, there is no fluidity here.
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by realpoacher(m): 8:53pm On Mar 27, 2018
We have to learn how to keep the ball down in the middle. Also we must learn how to hold and keep the ball longer.

We can't continue to hope for a counter every time.

Joel obi is over rated. He is obviously not clear cut better off than what we already have.

His presence now has kept Ogu on the bench.... What has he done so far that OGU cannot do? undecided

This is the reason why I don't condone clamoring for players when they are not clear cut outstanding

I am pleased with the first half.. Serbia started faster and could have scored but we nullified them..

I am not convinced that was a goal by Serbia because all of the ball has to cross the line.

Encouraging signs with Joel Obi in the middle. Ndidi showing his class as well..

If this team can peak before the WC, they can be really good. The signs are there.
