I wanted to withdraw my fiverr funds ($191) through PayPal, so I contacted this thief by nairaland monitor "newsloaded". After negotiations on the rate, I gave him my email to add to his paypal and the withdrawal was made on Sunday (12:14 pm). Since them he has refused to pay me the naira equivalent based on the agreed rate of #310/$1. Below are some of his details (If true);

Sunday is a long time to have ignored you. He's not looking like someone who can manage that amount of money and probably an opportunist.

Fiverr can't do anything in this case, however someone has been contacted to do some underground work, I wish to make the idiot pay in a painful way.
