What course are you going for? You can check out university of Bonn, d deadline is March 31st, you can also check Uni Regensburg, Bremen and Kaiserslautern, their deadline is still far, April 30th. I don't know where you are now but I used nipost to send my documents to Regensburg and Kaiserslautern and it took EXACTLY 2weeks to get there. (just as d nipost lady promised me). I'm currently in Enugu and I can vouch for nipost in Enugu, warri and Abraka.
Have you been offered admission at Kaiserslautern after paying the processing fee?

Or one has to wait for admission till after application deadline.

No I haven't been offered admission yet. It's after d deadline (April 30th), ISGS will then send your documents to the coordinator of d respective Dept you applied for. Maximum 2 weeks you will know your fate. In order words latest may 14th you will know if you were accepted or not. I kind of like the school sha cos they ensure all international students get accomodation, so d day you are resuming u don't hv to worry about being stranded, lolzs. They also arrange airport pickup and other stuffs. Just go tru their website sha then decide on what you want.

If someone who is going for MSc in Microbiology but has 3 years experience in banking.. Should it be stated in the CV. Or that date should be left blank?

Cos i don't want risk the chance of getting admission maybe because banking and microbiology are not related.

Any advise pls??

You can visit germany and stay for 3 months.

To study, you must apply for study visa from Italy.

What was your Bsc degree? Is it related to your Msc course? For me I filled my years of experience even thou it was different from the course I went for and it didn't affect my admission/Visa approval. This is because you may be asked to explain what you have been doing till the date of application. Saying the truth is always safer.

Well it better explain to someone that is already in Germany or will be in germany in few days
You need some documents you may not understand now , you should have completed almost all requirements on fintiba. Then it all depends on the type of accommodation contract you have , well I am sure that one you can only get here
