How can the president commission what has already been commissioned. That project was commissioned by GEJ, Fashola and Bill Clinton. I mentioned this previously. So I’m not surprised that there is denial. I hope Ambode is not counting this as part of this achievements because first, it’s a private initiative - let’s stop the nonsense about private-public initiative.
