Go to firstbank open savings or current acct.... Request for MasterCard as its usually not available ...ur acct will be ready jn 5 working days while if takes 7 days for the MasterCard... Go to the bank around noon on the 7th day to pick up ur card register first online so ur card can be linked up....from d first online portal you will see PayPal option for you to register.

For now those banks sometimes make it difficult to link their cards to Nigeria PayPal. Also it will be difficult to see a exchanger that is ready to meet u over $200 as a lot of them carry out larger trades without meeting clients. It's left for u to deal with the right person and don't bother about meeting cos every one is busy. I have two option for u.
