It would be impractical to wear long pants and long sleeves in that kind of enviornment because when there are many people contained in one area there is an influx of body heat which would make it very hot in that area. They aren't wearing more clothes, most likely, because they don't want to sweat too much.

Somewhere in your mind u truly believe that u are a wise girl and so you cannot be raped. That's the source of most of our problems. You won't believe it but you are part of the problem. Men talk crap about dressing. Women talk about avoiding situations. Lemme tell u...even if they paid money for the concert it could still have happened. You can be raped inside your house in the afternoon with all your wisdom and good dressing.
