So i received a request last night... Like second to the last trip I took yesternight. 2 guys and 1 lady. Came back in and one of them said that somebody dey para say she was being kept waiting somewhere and people were looking at her..... I didn't understand sha.

They told me to just drive down a bit that they need to pick up someone at the roundabout.... Okay na.... Got there and turned. A lady came in, and then i understood.... 2 friends, 2 ladies to spend the night with..... I talk am. And then she goes "You don't keep a lady waiting.... you don keep a lady standing at the junction like that.... people were thinking I am an olosho...... it's not right....." Aunty Faith, wait wait wait..... hol up... cam dan.... What are you? Is he your boyfriend? Is he not going to pay you? Are you sleep talking?.... Shut up your mouth jare....

I had just come out of sweet sensation in illupeju 8:30pm, and i had both driver apps on praying for a trip to the island. e no really make sense to just burn fuel to the island when you can easily get a trip to that place. Island na correct destination on Friday evenings. So i sat in the car and was trying to update my diary. after about 10 mins, a request comes through the uber app. I accept the request. Seconds later, my phone rang and a voice like honey and ice cream and milk mixed together says hello.... oh my days.... see phonetics. Kai. She describes her street and everything. I say make i chill small before i leave.... just type some few lines. Una dey see why to update dey hard? someone will want to update, and request go enter, wetin una want make i do?

As I was typing I just saw "Rider Cancellled" . Shuooo! Rider cancelled that what happen..... Rider cancelled..... say who die? I now checked where she was intending to go. On uber, after a rider cancels, you can see their intended destination. Hah.... Guuy. Make e no come be say na island this babe dey go oo. Because that voice sounded islandish.... I checked. Heeeeeeeh! V I! V I!..... Guy are you mad? Which stupid update were you updating that made her cancel? Some riders are monitoring spirits. They will check map and see that you are not moving towards them, and they will cancel.

I can't let this one go o. I Will navigate to her street. I go knock job for any other driver wey she go don request. Who will be waiting for one stupid driver when there is already a car at their door? . I called her. "Sarrey, did you kencil?" Me sef speak phonee. I no gree carry last. If na you nko? .... "arrrm yeah. I had to cancel bekas I don't have cash on me so i will prefer to use the card option.... I'll request again when i'm done... is that fine by you?" Fine ke? It is beautiful.... splendid..... wonderful.... as long as say na me carry you go that island today, everything di alright. I increased my speed... 2 mins away.... request just enter. Haha. Same girl. Same address. Phew. Thank God no uber driver dey close.

I found her house and she entered the car. Goodevening to me, Goodevening to her and that was all.... She started a very long ass call.... Mehn. I just say there driving and enjoying her accent. The voice was sweet. as in.... e sweet die.... She was talking to a guy. And then she asked the guy "are you two f*ucking"? And i'm there like mhm? What's going on here? Their conversation just took on a sexual nature sha...... Chei. See me feeling awkward and lost like rat wey dem shine torchlight for eye.... and the worst part be set she no even send. ..... "ohh can't remember the last time I had sex" "mhm" "(laughs) my fingers do a pretty good job"....
