Abuja Light Rail was stalled for 2 years by Yar’Adua-Jonathan administration, meaning it wasn't initiated by Buhari.

I hope I'm wrong but Nigeria and our mediocrity are becoming alarming, building modern stations in the 21st century without escalators and elevators no consideration for people with disabilities what a country but as I said I hope I was wrong.
