A lot of movies are shot in Enugu. Just that many times people mistake some Enugu scenery for Abuja. I once argued with someone who swore Prof. Johnbull series were shot in Abuja.

I just think we are filled with hate and propaganda against other Nigerians to even discover parts of our own country.

Abuja, Enugu, Awka, Asaba, Uyo, Calabar, are some of the Nigeria's beautiful livable cities. Don't be swayed by the people from the SW.

99% of Enugu is a modern beautiful city. While 99% of Ibadan is a mega slum. Much worse than any slum in any Nigerian city. grin grin grin grin


Even the world recognized Enugu as the world Top 100 resilient cities. Only 8 African cities have received that honor.

After Bodija and UI, there is no other decent area in Ibadam. Unlike Enugu, that has all decent different areas of the city.

Infact, he cannot post any picture outside Bodija (<1% of Ibadan) because everywhere else in Ibadam is a slum

Again, that every part of Enugu is decent is a remarkable achievement.

The excuse for Ibadan, is that it's bigger than Enugu. Yet when compared from by total urban sprawl, Ibadan 24.54 KM isn't much bigger than Enugu 20.56 KM.

Mind you, Ibadan is filled with bungalows while many parts of Enugu have multi-storey apartments.

Let the debate be based on pure facts and not age long propaganda of some people using the Nigeria media.

Every part of Nigeria has its own 'good parts' as well as its crappy parts. Its pretty useless to be arguing over stuffvlike this instead of directing all that energy to campaign for good leaders. Imagine if all the threads created on childish Yoruba vs Igbo arguments were used to campaign for a youthful, qualified, presidential candidate, and/or governors and members of the legislative chambers. If we had good leaders, there wouldn't be any need for these displays of mediocrity.
