Three months into my phone use, no less than sef and I'm having issues with my gionee phone My back /return button and the left one (don't know the name) is unresponsive. Same thing happened last month. I went on Google and I read something about Facebook messenger being a cause and I Uninstalled. But it didn't work until much later that it started working. Now same thing today. It's really frustrating operating a phone without all the buttons responding. Have I made a bad mistake purchasing another gionee. This cost me way too much Mbok....
